Photogeddon - Day 19

On a scouting trip today. I started with breakfast... yummy. Ran into all of my former IT co-workers at the restaurant. It was good to see them. We chatted for a bit, but then got down to the business of eating some awesome breakfast foods. The drove out to see Mike at Focal Point. Picked my new Nikon bodies, a D200 and a D70 for a backup. I also picked three new lenses for my Nikons (50 f/1.8, 80-200 F/2.8 and a 18-50 F/2.8). I will be liquidating all my other camera bodies and lenses (Olympus and Canon). I put the new Nikon equipment on hold for me for three weeks. That is when I should be able to pick them up.

The my wife and I stopped at Minto Brown park so that I could scout some locations for tomorrow morning's Fall Colors Shoot. It is going to be AWESOME!

While there I worked on my Photogeddon photos for the day. So without further nonsense... here is Photogeddon Day 19.

Photogeddon - Day 18

"I am epic-ness waiting to be realized! It is coming and it is coming fast!" My personal twitter quote of the day and my new daily affirmation. And yes, "epic-ness" is now a word. I made it up, but it is real now.

Today's photos are from the portrait touchup class taught by our teacher Mr. Smith.
